Trust, your total satisfaction is very important to us. Should you not be satisfied with the comfort of your new mattress, we would be pleased to exchange it for one more to your liking. It takes some time to adjust to a new mattress; It is not unusual to feel uncomfortable at first. This usually disappears as your body adapts to the improved support. Should you decide to make an exchange, please phone your salesperson, and we will be pleased to assist you in making another selection.

• A comfort guarantee is subject to a $40 charge and delivery fee if applicable.
• There is a limit of one exchange per original mattress purchased.
• Comfort guarantee does not apply to adjustable beds. They cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Exchanges are limited to a mattress or equal or greater price in the same size as the original purchase with the difference being charged if a more expensive mattress is chosen
• A mattress protector must be used
• Mattress/box spring must be in original condition.
