We bought our new mattress at the 55+ show. We were treated warmly and not pressured into buying anything. The mattress we chose was within our budget. Delivery was prompt, and within the time agreed upon. The gentlemen removed the old mattress and everything was completed with 10 minutes.

Salespeople were extremely helpful. The mattress is very comfortable.

We bought a mattress and box spring, we had to exchange the box spring as it was too high for me with the mattress. No problem at all, new one was delivered. This is the second time I have bought a mattress here. Sales people are very knowledgeable and they don’t keep bugging you while you look around. Love this store

I am so impressed with Mattress Mart! I was in a stressful and difficult situation where I had to purchase a mattress sight-unseen for an elderly and unwell family member ASAP. Kim assisted me with everything and was phenomenal. She was so compassionate and able to guide me through the process. She also went above and beyond to assist me with a tricky mattress removal situation. Kim is very knowledgeable and recommended the perfect mattress to match my family member’s needs and budget. By the way–the recipient is thrilled with their new mattress and I was very impressed with the quality! Thanks for everything, Kim! The delivery crew were also stellar. They were quick, efficient, polite, and kind. From start to finish, my experience with Mattress Mart was fantastic.

Compassionate and quality treatment from start to end!

We went mattress shopping in several locations in Ottawa and Mattress Mart has the best selection that we came across, but what really made the experience fantastic was the employee that helped us out. Adrian. He very much made shopping for a mattress, about US. Other stores didnt care what mattress they wanted us to buy or were trying to sell us.  Adrian didnt seem like he was just trying to sell us a mattress, but he put effort into finding the RIGHT mattress for us. We didnt get that anywhere else. Then when we found a mattress that we liked, he gave us pillow cases and insisted that we lay down for a few minutes to really get a feel for it. It was a great experience thanks to Adrian.

I have always got great service here. I have bought a couple of mattresses here over the years. I went in to see mattresses and pricing and to get some information. Maya was absolutely great. He took time to answer all the questions I and my husband had. He showed us different mattresses that would suit us and our needs. I rarely don’t give out recommendations, but this store and staff are absolutely amazing. Store is clean.

Fantastic experience buying both a mattress and bed here. Eva is so helpful, personable and honest. She took the time to make sure we got what was best for US, and then made sure we got everything delivered as soon as possible, even on a holiday weekend! The hand-written ‘thank you’ note from them was a very nice touch too!

I recently bought a new pillow from Mattress Mart. The customer service here is great both in person and over the phone. I had a good experience trying out a few pillows and the one I bought had improved my sleep a lot. I also have a mattress purchased here and it’s very comfortable as well. Would recommend!

This was my first time buying a new mattress and it couldn’t have been a better experience! Melanie at the St. Laurent store was so helpful and knowledgeable; she walked me through the different options and explained which ones would be better for me. She made me feel taken care of! Also, the delivery was so easy! They texted me the morning of to let me know the two hour window they would be here, texted again when they were on their way and then called once they arrived. Overall, amazing AMAZING service! Cannot recommend them highly enough :D
